Getting a facial?

We recommend consulting with your esthetician before you begin your treatment to discuss your options and any new treatments available. Your esthetician can best meet your needs if you explain them to her before your service.

I forgot to book waxing. Can I get it done during my facial?

You never know until you ask. Once you get into the room with your esthetician, let her know your needs. Whenever possible she will absolutely accommodate you.

Can I put on make-up after my facial?

All make-up other than pure crushed minerals contain fillers and binding ingredients (ie. talc, oil, etc.) and are, therefore, pore clogging and irritating especially after a facial. If it is necessary to apply make-up after a facial or waxing only pure mineral make-up will not adversely affect your skin.

Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?

We are not able to provide child care services for our clients. Children over the age of ten are welcome for services. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients we ask you leave your children at home.

What if I am late for my appointment?

When you arrive late for your appointment other clients’ appointments are effected as well. Please make every effort to arrive a few minutes early so you can enjoy your full time with us.

Should I tip? How much?

Leaving a tip for a service that was well done is the norm but is not mandatory. The amount left is at your discretion but ranges between 15-20%.

Are there any other things I should know?

We ask that you turn off you cell phone or pager or set it to vibrate. This will help keep the spa a relaxing and peaceful place for everyone, especially you.
